Bartend/Manage @Jimmy Seas
LOVE being out in the warm weather- swimming, paddle boarding, tubing, etc..

How did you find out about CrossFit?
Ken Corry told me about it at Seas one day and dragged me out to a Saturday free class

When did you realize CrossFit is right for you?
When I realized it was something I actually look forward to doing and get excited about

What is your favorite WOD/movement?
Front squats & back squats

What is your least favorite WOD/movement?
I hate double unders because my coordination is terrible

What would your perfect WOD look like?
Bear complex! & Partner run 😊

What is one thing you have done at RedDoorCrossFit that you never thought you would do?
Never thought I would be able to do a pull up

What motivates you during a CrossFit WOD?
Everyone there! The coaches, everyone’s positive attitude & encouragement

What is something about yourself that we might not know?
I absolutely hate, despise, cringe at the sound of country music!

What advice would you give to someone just getting started with CrossFit?
Don’t be discouraged by what others may be doing. They started at day one as well, you’ll get there too!
